You will partner with multiple teams, including Marketing Ops, Analytics, Content/Creative, Web, Sales Development, and Revenue Ops. The goal of these efforts is to ensure our campaigns guide the right conversions, and those conversions are measured through to pipeline and ARR.

  • Run a disciplined testing roadmap. Launch structured experiments across creative, messaging, landing pages, audience segments, bidding strategies, and offers - documenting insights and scaling winners.
  • Increased conversion rate through a full funnel journey. Partner with the web/UX and content teams to improve landing page relevance, speed, form performance, and post-click experience.
  • Build repeatable governance. Build campaign QA, naming conventions, change logs, budgets, pacing, and weekly performance reviews; surface risks/opportunities.
  • Product clear performance insights. Deliver weekly / monthly reporting with applicable insights for marketing leadership and team members.
  • Partner in planning. Support quarterly and monthly planning - forecasting performance, proposing budget allocations, and aligning channel strategy to GTM priorities (segments, regions, products, and verticals)

  • A collaborative self- starter who is comfortable being hands-on with implementation of programs
  • Product oriented - with the ability and curiosity to understand and learn about features and a technology platform.
  • Discipline to follow established standards and processes

What We Offer:
  • Health Insurance including Medical and Dental
  • Health Care Spending Account (HCSA - dependent on the plan chosen)
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
