Paid Media Manager (KL07)The Growth Marketing Team is looking for a Paid Media Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Our online presence is a key strategic driver of growth for the Enterprise and Mid-Market Business Unit, and this role will contribute meaningfully to driving results. A successful Paid Media Manager will work closely with the Demand Generation team to help maximize ROI, drive traffic, and support customer acquisition.
You'll Get To: - Contribute to the execution of top-of-funnel paid media strategies across media channels
- Partner with the events team to help integrate paid media with event-driven campaigns and support reach across the marketing mix.
- Support the identification of resonant messaging by optimizing targeting, bids, creatives, audiences, and ad and landing pages through A/B testing.
- Monitor and report on progress against paid media KPIs; execute tests, analyze data, and surface insights to help maximize ROI across campaigns.
- Manage campaign expenses by staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and adjusting bids to improve ROI.
- Stay current on paid media best practices and technologies and help identify new tactics and channels to scale paid media efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to ensure alignment with joint marketing objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with content, creative, and marketing operations to support brand and technical execution alignment.
What You'll Need: - 5+ years of related experience working on paid media programs, with experience in paid search, LinkedIn, and B2B digital advertising
- BA/BS in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
- Experience using paid media tactics for B2B brand awareness and demand generation, with a focus on top-of-funnel motions
- Solid understanding of paid media metrics; able to interpret results and recommend actions to improve campaign effectiveness
- Experience running A/B tests and multivariate experiments
- Familiarity with web analytics methodology and platforms, including Segment, Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Google Tag Manager
- Proficient with Marketo or other marketing automation tools
- Comfort with ambiguity in a dynamic working environment; able to balance getting the details right while still moving at pace

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$136,000.00 - $172,000.00
