Full Job Description
Reporting to the Tasty & Wholesome Integrated Marketing Lead, the Paid Media Manager will lead paid media strategy and execution for Pop-Tarts®, Eggo®, and Rice Krispies Treats® across the U.S. and Canada. This role is responsible for maximizing media performance and ROI by translating brand strategy, audience insights, and data into effective media plans that drive growth. Partnering closely with Analytics and cross-functional teams, the Paid Media Manager will optimize investments and turn performance insights into business results.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
  • Media Strategy & Ownership -Lead end-to-end integrated paid media strategy, planning, and activation for Pop-Tarts®, Eggo®, and Rice Krispies Treats®, ensuring investments drive both brand growth and business performance.
  • Audience Strategy & Activation - Leverage first, second, and third-party data, consumer insights, and retail intelligence to identify high-value audiences and develop audience-first activation plans across strategic audience objectives.
  • Measurement & Optimization - Partner with Analytics to establish KPIs, measurement plans, and learning agendas. Translate campaign performance, sales lift, and Marketing Mix Modeling results into actionable insights that continuously optimize media investments and improve business outcomes.
  • Agency & Partner Leadership - Lead media agency and platform partner relationships, setting strategic direction, driving accountability, and ensuring best-in-class planning, execution, innovation, and performance.
  • Investment & Budget Stewardship - Manage media budgets, annual planning, flowcharts, approvals, and investment optimization to maximize effectiveness and efficiency across all investments.
  • Learning, Innovation & Cross-Functional Leadership - Champion a culture of testing and learning while partnering closely with Brand, Analytics, and the Integrated Agency Team teams to identify growth opportunities and advance marketing effectiveness.

  • Deep expertise in integrated paid media, with a proven track record of developing and executing integrated media strategies that drive measurable brand and business growth.
  • Strong audience, data, and analytics capabilities, leveraging consumer insights and in-market performance data to uncover growth opportunities, inform investment decisions, and optimize performance.
  • Expert knowledge of today's media ecosystem, including Linear TV, Connected TV, Paid Social, Online Video, Search, Retail Media, and emerging channels, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Ability to translate complex data and performance results into clear, actionable recommendations, influencing stakeholders and driving smarter business decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience managing agency partners, working cross-functionally, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation

The annual salary range is $108,160 - $141,960, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
