PageWide Industrial Inventory Control Analyst

Description -

Job Summary
The Inventory Control Analyst role is responsible for the integrity of PWI inventory. The scope of the work includes physical inventory, financial inventory as reflected in HP systems, inventory-related processes and transactions, and other upstream or downstream processes that impact inventory.

Responsibilities

Manages the quarterly cycle count process and reporting requirements

Manages inventory-related transactions in support of Operations

Manages excess, obsolescence and aging of inventory

Manages physical inventory movement at the Corvallis site

Manages inventory storage space at the Corvallis site, including any overflow space

Ensures our business processes meet inventory compliance requirements such as SOX, AFM

Defines the metrics required to measure business performance, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.

Works closely with cross functional teams to support new projects and initiatives.

Identifies, cultivates, and fosters new ideas to improve process efficiency and data accuracy

Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in planning, logistics, warehouse management, inventory control

Good working knowledge of SAP S4 ERP systems

The pay range for this role is $73,800 to $113,650 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
