  • Manage compliance with security, ITIL, and ITS standards while training new users
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of multiple systems/applications and their business needs
  • Mentor less experienced staff and participate in special projects as assigned

PACS Administrator III - Texas Health HEB

Work location: Texas Health HEB 1600 Hospital Parkway Bedford TX 76022

Work hours: Full Time Days (Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week. On Call required.

Here's What You Need
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field or 4 Years Relevant experience in lieu of a degree (Required)
• 4 years Application support experience, preferably in a hospital environment. (Required)
• Clinical knowledge of Radiology department and workflows, preferably in a hospital environment. (Highly Preferred)
• Fuji PACS experience (Highly Preferred)
• Ambra experience (Highly Preferred)
• Epic Cupid experience (Highly Preferred)
• CVIS experience (Highly Preferred)
• ServiceNow experience (Preferred)

What You Will Do
• Provide day to day systems/application administration and support to assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities, onsite and virtually
• Deliver application using deployment systems, oversee upgrades and enhancements, and coordinate interfaces of applications
• Oversee management of compliance to security, ITIL and ITS standards. Coordinate new user applications training for assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities.
• Proficiently demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of multiple systems/applications and their integration and business needs and processes.
• Serve as mentor for less experienced staff. Participate in special projects and/or perform other duties as assigned.
