In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill and Experience

Program Leadership
• Lead large-scale PLM, engineering, and enterprise application programs from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Drive alignment between business objectives, IT strategy, and technology initiatives.
• Establish and manage program governance frameworks and executive steering committees.
Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business leadership, IT leadership, and external partners.
• Facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Present program status, risks, issues, and financial updates to executive stakeholders.
• Manage communication plans and organizational change activities.
Delivery Management
• Oversee multiple project workstreams, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Coordinate with application support, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams.
• Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and offshore delivery teams.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance and compliance requirements.
Service and Operations Governance
• Govern application support and managed services engagements.
• Drive SLA, KPI, and operational performance reviews.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management governance.
• Ensure continuous service improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

• Siemens Teamcenter
• CAD Integrations (NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks)
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• ERP Integration (SAP preferred)
• Application Managed Services
• Cloud and Infrastructure Concepts
• Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid Delivery Models
• ServiceNow and ITIL Processes

Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
