Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

• Retail/ CPG industry experience
• Experience with end-to-end solution design and architecture across Coupa platform
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performing integration architecture (APIs, CSV, middleware)
• Manage global implementations and phased rollouts
• Define product roadmap and deployment strategy
• Deep knowledge of industry best practices on Source-to-Pay (S2P)
• Provide strategic consulting on procurement transformation
• Advise on optimal solution design aligned to business needs
• Define future-state procurement operating models
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reports
• Design and manage integrations with ERP and enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with APIs and file-based integrations (CSV)
• Understanding of AI/ML use cases in procurement
• Manage stakeholder engagement including C-level executives
• Deliver executive presentations and strategic reporting
• Advanced ability to interpret complex procurement data
• Develop data-driven strategies and business cases
• Relevant Coupa certifications
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S4 Hana, etc.)
Preferred Skill and ExperienceDevelop technical requirements and architecture design for To-Be business processes
• Participate in the information gathering and design process for client implementation, including the development of solution scope documents
• Delivered 4 large procurement transformation(COUPA) engagements for multinational customers Candidate must have a minimum of 8 to10 years of hands-on working experience in Coupa implementation
• Must have worked in Coupa BSM modules such as Coupa Core, Strategic Sourcing, CSO,CLM-S and CLM-A, RPM-A(including SIM and CRA), Coupa Category Strategy(Cirtuo),AI Classification, Coupa AI, Navi and Contract Intelligence, Advanced Analytics
• Develop Integration architecture with Coupa and other touchpoints
• Perform requirement Analysis & define Solution for identified requirements.
• Customize and Configure Coupa application as per business requirements
• Lead deployment of solution in various environments
• Propose Innovative and holistic solutions that solve customer problems
• Managed global implementations and phased rollouts
• Have hands on experience with APIs and file-based integrations (CSV)
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
