ResponsibilitiesYou Can Expect:- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm - no weekends or holidays!
- Dedicated team of providers, support staff, physical therapists, occupational therapists, dieticians, and social workers
- 5 patients per day - small volume
- Call is once every 7 weeks, 5pm - 8am, you are not expected to go out, calls are triaged before reaching you!

Required Qualifications
Experienced providers in palliative, hospice, primary care, or long-term care are encouraged to apply
QualificationsRequired Education: Doctoral Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant School
2 years of Physician Assistant experience required
Required Certifications and Licensures: Current licensure by the State of Virginia as a Physician Assistant ACLS (required only for LFM)
