Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing Neurosurgery team in Beaumont, TX. This position offers a mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and hospital consult responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have prior surgical, neurosurgical, or inpatient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outpatient clinic visits, including new patient evaluations and follow-up appointments
  • Perform post-operative patient management and follow-up care
  • Round on hospitalized neurosurgical patients
  • Evaluate and manage inpatient consults
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, labs, and imaging
  • Collaborate with physicians and hospital staff to coordinate patient care

Qualifications
  • Current Texas license as a Physician Assistant

  • Previous neurosurgery, surgery, orthopedic, spine, or inpatient experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
Schedule & Compensation

  • Primarily Monday-Friday schedule
  • Typical clinic hours approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
