JOB SUMMARY:

Penn State Health Post Acute Care Program is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated and growing team committed to delivering exceptional care to patients receiving rehabilitation and long-term care services. This position offers the opportunity to practice in one, and no more than two, high-quality long-term care communities in suburban Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with a Penn State Health Board-Certified Physician and an experienced interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes and enhance quality of life.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant Program or baccalaureate or higher degree program that meets licensure requirements in the State of Pennsylvania required.
  • National Certification in Pennsylvania or in another State with reciprocity and licensure to practice in Pennsylvania required.
  • Relevant experience preferred.
  • BLS Certification


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous Internal Medicine Experience. Inpatient and/or LTAC-Rehab clinical experience. Experience working with the Geriatric population
