The hospital is looking for PA - Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant in Morristown, NJ

JOB DESCRIPTION:SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS- Must provide the earliest date of availability
- Must have NJ license with CDS and DEA at time of presentation
- Must have clean malpractice/background
- Must send self-query NPDB if EPA has a negative yes or pending response
- Must be able to work day and night shifts
- BC EM with 2 yrs ER experience
- AS A REMINDER:
- All candidates must have met the minimum shift availability listed on the job.
- CV (Curriculum Vitae) must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format
- Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent-on top
- Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV
- All Licenses, Boards and Certs with expiration dates must be listed on CV
- Anyone with malpractice must provide a NPDB
- Anyone with legal issues must provide supporting documents
Availability
- 1st date would they be available?
- How many shifts would they be able to do per month?
- What month is their schedule completely open?
- Any shift preferences (Day, Night, Blocksetc.)?
- Any dates in the next 3-6 months they cannot work?
- Any Holidays in the next 3-6 months would they be open to work.?

- Daily Patient Load - 10-12
