Job Description

P&G Professional is a leading manufacturer and marketer of away from home products. P&G Professional Account Executives manage our business with Regional Hospitality and HealthCare Chains and are responsible for increasing new end users' sales. Specifically, this role will be focused on the selling and implementation of our Professional Laundry, Housekeeping and Foodservice Solutions to create long term partnership with customers and drive profitable growth. P&G Professional Territory Account Executives are part of a larger National Team managing existing Contracts for Restaurant , Hospitality and Healthcare as well as acquiring new National and Regional Customers. This role will also collaborate with multi-functional Customer Teams which includes experts in Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Information Systems to provide the resources needed to grow the business and develop a new and successful way of doing business.

We are looking for individuals who are leaders and have a history of making things happen. We are seeking candidates who are analytical thinkers and problem solvers, as well as excellent communicators. We are looking for someone who can set priorities and follow through on commitments, as well as demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative. Previous experience in Professional hospitality and healthcare industry area is a plus but not required.

The Account Executive role is focused on end user selling, creating partnerships and executing the Laundry, Housekeeping, Foodservice and technical Service programs.

Our selling begins with developing a concept - a new way of looking at events or business - then pulling together the information to explain the concept and finally persuading our account to accept the recommendation for one or more specific courses of action. Account Executives are expected to be knowledgeable about the industry, demonstrate financial acumen, strong presentation and handling objection skills, as well as develop expertise in areas such as product knowledge and technical support.

As a Sales Account Executive you will:
  • Sell Laundry, Housekeeping and Foodservice Solutions to Regional end users
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with our customers
  • Leverage product and technical service knowledge to partner with customers on program execution, compliance and finding solutions to grow the joint business
  • Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to drive superior execution, compliance and find creative ways to improve partnership with a customer.
  • Develop customer specific solutions to meet or exceed our financial objectives
  • Developing and cultivating critical professional and personal relationships across all functions of key customers, partner distributors and Industry influencers.
  • Work with Multifunctional Team to create and retain customer contracts.


Job Qualifications

Standard Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver's license
  • Work will be done across North Texas and Oklahoma City
  • Role is located in Dallas TX area
  • You have demonstrated sales leadership results.
  • You are a problem solver as well as excellent communicator with both strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • You have ability to adapt in a changing environment by making independent decisions to handle competing priorities.
  • You have excellent organization and time management skills.
  • You have knowledge of IT systems: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM
  • Travel (both locally and overnight) up to 30% of time


Preferred, but not required:
  • Spanish proficiency
  • You have professional business to business sales experience background. Experience in industry sales is preferred but not required.


Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
