We have an exciting opportunity for a National Product Manager (P&C) to join our growing our growing Product Team!

As the National Product Manager, you will play a critical role in making product adjustments to existing products. We're seeking a strategic, detail-oriented insurance professional with the drive to improve our products. The ideal candidate has the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, but equally capable of taking ownership and delivering independently. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Orion180-including Sales, Claims, and Customer Experience-to ensure products meet company standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work with internal teams to identify products needing enhancements.
  • Lead all aspects of desired changes (identifying, planning, and delivery).
  • Research competitor filings to identify future opportunities.
  • Create project timelines and oversee delivery milestones for related initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate cross-departmental communication of form changes and implementation timelines.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and adjust as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, innovative environment.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in similar work.

Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance.

Management Experience: 2+ years of experience managing teams and projects. Proven positive leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage performance.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with product life cycles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with form automation tools a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively-both written and verbally-across all levels of the organization.

Entrepreneurial Drive: Proven ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and demanding environment.

Strategic Thinking: Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to develop strategies informed by research, data, and industry trends.
