JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our Finance Transformation team as the P&A Program Manager Vice President, you will lead large-scale finance initiatives with a focus on transformative technology and data-driven programs. This role requires Finance domain depth— preferably Planning & Analysis and/or Controller experience—to effectively translate finance processes, controls, and reporting requirements into scalable technology and data solutions. You will oversee both program delivery and people management, partnering with Finance & business stakeholders and Technology to drive innovation, efficiency, and strategic change. Your leadership will be central to advancing our planning, forecasting, and data centralization agenda.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, technology-enabled programs for P&A, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance and Technology.
  • Oversee project planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation for projects related to cloud migration, data centralization, and adoption of platforms like Databricks.
  • Apply finance domain knowledge to drive clarity on finance requirements (planning, forecasting, close, controls, reporting, reconciliations), data definitions, and key metrics—ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose and auditable where needed.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realization, ensuring robust governance and progress tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, distilling complex technical topics into clear, actionable updates and high-impact presentations.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement, supporting the migration to cloud platforms and data democratization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with firmwide standards, documentation, and minimum controls.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in finance, project management, or related fields, with proven people management skills.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and critical thinking abilities; comfortable taking initiative and driving results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Extensive end-to-end project management experience, including scoping, business case development, implementation, and change management.
  • Ability to distill complex subject matter into actionable deliverables and implementation tasks.
  • Diligence and ability to work independently when required with an ownership mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Familiarity with modern project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM) and technical platforms (Cloud, Databricks, AWS, AI/ML) is preferred.
