Job Description:

Parsons Corporation is seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Owner's Representative (OR)/ Project Manager (PM) to join our PG&E Infrastructure division. Act as an owner's representative and work directly within the program as part of the client's organization. As an Owner's Representative (OR)/ Project Manager (PM), you will be responsible for overseeing the construction management and commercial performance of projects, ensuring they meet goals and objectives.

This role would require a person to travel to multiple PGE sites 3 days a week located in the Sacramento Area.

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager serves as the owner's representative and is responsible for the successful delivery of complex capital construction projects. This role leads design, construction, contract administration, and project controls activities while managing consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the organization's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project execution from design through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Manage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendor partners.
  • Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality performance.
  • Administer construction and professional services contracts, including change management and claims resolution.
  • Review and approve design deliverables, cost estimates, schedules, and construction changes.
  • Monitor contractor performance, safety compliance, and construction quality.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead project turnover, occupancy readiness, commissioning, and closeout activities.


Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field
  • 10+ years of related work experience and experience working for a Design-Build General Contractor delivering commercial vertical construction and site development projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale capital projects from design through occupancy.
  • Strong experience managing contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, and project controls.

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
