Outside Sales Consultant - B2B Commercial Cleaning & Facility Services
Location: Greater Philadelphia, PA to Trenton, NJ area (on-site, with regular field/territory travel across the PA & NJ)
Compensation: $100k/yr base salary + uncapped commission (DOE)
Overview
The sales pipeline comes from a mix of inbound lead and prospecting decision-makers across the region - business general managers, property managers, plant operations leads, healthcare administrators, etc.
You'll report directly into the CEO with a proven track record scaling multi-unit service businesses and closing multimillion-dollar contracts.
Compensation & Perks
- $100k/yr base salary plus uncapped commission structure
- Commission of 3-12% on new deals and 1-3% of residuals

Requirements
- 5-7 years of proven "hunter" sales experience - B2B, outside sales, or business development, ideally in facility services, janitorial, or a related commercial services industry
- Track record of self-sourcing leads and closing net-new business, not just managing existing accounts
- Comfortable in the field - this role is on-site with regular travel to prospect and visit accounts across the territory
- Strong prospecting, cold outreach, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and stay disciplined against activity/pipeline targets
