Outside Sales Consultant - B2B Commercial Cleaning & Facility Services

Location: Greater Philadelphia, PA to Trenton, NJ area (on-site, with regular field/territory travel across the PA & NJ)

Compensation: $100k/yr base salary + uncapped commission (DOE)

Overview

The sales pipeline comes from a mix of inbound lead and prospecting decision-makers across the region - business general managers, property managers, plant operations leads, healthcare administrators, etc.

You'll report directly into the CEO with a proven track record scaling multi-unit service businesses and closing multimillion-dollar contracts.

Compensation & Perks

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of proven "hunter" sales experience - B2B, outside sales, or business development, ideally in facility services, janitorial, or a related commercial services industry
  • Track record of self-sourcing leads and closing net-new business, not just managing existing accounts
  • Comfortable in the field - this role is on-site with regular travel to prospect and visit accounts across the territory
  • Strong prospecting, cold outreach, and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and stay disciplined against activity/pipeline targets


This position is on-site and requires regular commuting to Trenton, NJ; the company is unable to sponsor visas for this role at this time.
