Position SummaryWe are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Silver Cross, located 100% on site at our Toronto East. We are a growing company and offer room for advancement to our star players. As a part of our team we offer training, along with an exciting and interesting work environment. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to take on this position, to focus on sales, and promoting Silver Cross to the community and various health care professionals.
Location : Oakville and Toronto
Responsibilities- Conduct B2C sales focusing on our key product lines: stairlifts, wheelchair lifts, ceiling lifts, elevators.
- Utilize ZOHO CRM to track and manage sales and business development opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
- Expand and manage territory by engaging occupational therapists, physiotherapists, homeowners, and community stakeholders.
- Organize and deliver in-service presentations, lunch and learns, and trade shows to educate and build relationships within the medical community.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and key influencers.
- Proactively cold call prospects and ensure diligent follow-up.
- Foster long-term growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with suppliers to enhance the profile of Silver Cross.
- Initiate and manage sales calls to drive accessibility and mobility equipment sales.
- Contribute to achieving annual sales and gross margin targets.
- Establish Silver Cross as a recognized brand within the local community.

- University degree in Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Business, or related field, coupled with at least 2 years of sales experience.
- Experience using a CRM to maximize sales and business development efficiency
- Self-starter with exceptional planning, organizational, and execution abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in promotional and marketing strategies.
- Proficient in influencing stakeholders at various levels.
- Passionate about building and expanding new business opportunities with a results-driven approach.

- Bondable and possessing a proven track record in sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: First year OTE $75,000 - 90,000
Commissions are uncapped
