Position Summary

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Silver Cross, located 100% on site at our Toronto East. We are a growing company and offer room for advancement to our star players. As a part of our team we offer training, along with an exciting and interesting work environment. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to take on this position, to focus on sales, and promoting Silver Cross to the community and various health care professionals.

Location : Oakville and Toronto

Responsibilities
  • Conduct B2C sales focusing on our key product lines: stairlifts, wheelchair lifts, ceiling lifts, elevators.
  • Utilize ZOHO CRM to track and manage sales and business development opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
  • Expand and manage territory by engaging occupational therapists, physiotherapists, homeowners, and community stakeholders.
  • Organize and deliver in-service presentations, lunch and learns, and trade shows to educate and build relationships within the medical community.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and key influencers.
  • Proactively cold call prospects and ensure diligent follow-up.
  • Foster long-term growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to enhance the profile of Silver Cross.
  • Initiate and manage sales calls to drive accessibility and mobility equipment sales.
  • Contribute to achieving annual sales and gross margin targets.
  • Establish Silver Cross as a recognized brand within the local community.
