Earn $110K-$120K in Year 1 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, growing to $120K-$140K+ in Year 2.
Base Salary: $65,000
In addition to your earnings potential, we support your success in the field with:
- Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,500/year
- Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200/year
- Parking & tolls: up to $300/year
- Gas reimbursement (activity-based): ~$2,500/year
Total first-year fixed compensation (base + fixed allowances) is approximately $70K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside.

What you will be responsible for as an Outside Sales Representative:- Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
- Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
- Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
- Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
- Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
- Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
