WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE- You'll spend most of your time in the field, roughly 90%, meeting property managers, restoration contractors, real estate professionals, insurance contacts, and other key prospects across your territory. Your job is to build real relationships, become the go-to environmental testing expert in your market, and close business.
- Own and grow your territory through daily face-to-face outreach
- Generate new business through office visits, job site drop-ins, industry events, and trade shows
- Build long-term relationships with potential clients
- Run the full sales cycle - qualify, propose, negotiate, and close
- Serve clients as a trusted advisor for environmental testing: asbestos, mold, lead, bacteria, and more
- Identify upsell and repeat business opportunities within your existing accounts
- Keep your pipeline tight and organized in CRM
