  • Conduct approximately 8-10 appointments each week.

American Home Design is hiring a full-time In-Home Sales Representative for our Chattanooga area team. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who want a great career and an unlimited financial opportunity while maintaining a nice work-life balance.

Are you outgoing and pleasantly persuasive? Can you build instant rapport with a stranger? Are you highly motivated by an uncapped commission sales opportunity? If so, this position could be a great fit for you! Our Outside Sales Representatives go on preset and pre-qualified appointments in the local East TN area. We provide a professional in-home presentation via an iPad that is persuasive enough for a same-day home improvement purchase decision. We offer a lucrative commission structure with a bi-weekly draw. Our top Outside Sales Reps make $100,000-$200,000 a year!

In-Home Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners following a well-trained sales system on an iPad and close same-day sales
  • Overcome objections and handle rejection positively
  • Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design
  • Sell at least 30% of the leads issued to you
  • Occasionally generate own business leads (up to 1 hour/day)
  • Run approximately 8-10 leads a week
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after installation
