full-time Outside Sales Reps to join us in
Memphis, TN, and help us continue to help people around the community! This is a great entry-level opportunity to brush up on your sales skills and learn effective new strategies while positively impacting local customers. Core hours are
Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; however, our team understands that flexibility is key to success in this role. Sales Representatives are expected to manage their schedules based on customer availability, business needs, and individual performance goals. This may occasionally require attendance for morning huddles and extended evening hours. Saturdays are required- 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. We are closed for business on Sunday.

If you are motivated by performance-based earnings, this role offers significant income growth. Average earnings of
$100,000+/year with uncapped commissions. Your earnings grow directly with your sales. Higher performance means higher income.
YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS:- Canvassing different neighborhoods and engaging with local homeowners
- Asking prospective customers about their remodeling/restoration needs and promoting our incredible services
- Climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
- Answering questions, addressing concerns, and booking service appointments

CANVASSER - OUTSIDE SALES REP MUST-HAVES:- 18+ years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
- Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
- Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
