Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home residential inspections with homeowners.
• Evaluate docks, seawalls, and waterfront structures.
• Educate customers about current conditions and recommended solutions.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals effectively.
• Close sales confidently and professionally during home visits.
• Manage and follow up on your sales pipeline to ensure leads are nurtured.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners and referral partners.
