As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Nebraska market, helping them protect their homes through professional exterior restoration solutions. You'll manage your own territory, build lasting customer relationships, and enjoy the freedom of working in the field while earning uncapped commissions.

Field-Based Position

Hiring throughout Eastern Nebraska and surrounding communities.

Important: This position services the Nebraska market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, team meetings, training, and other business-related activities will take place at designated locations communicated by your manager based on current business needs.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000-$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Nebraska market

Experience: Outside sales or commission-based sales experience preferred

What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, perform professional property inspections, and guide customers through the restoration process from inspection to project completion.

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Outside sales or commission-based sales experience is preferred.

Candidates with experience in outside sales, in-home sales, construction sales, automotive sales, B2B sales, wireless, solar, flooring, HVAC, or other performance-based sales environments are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift equipment as needed
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule
