HealthPro Heritage has a great “Outpatient Therapy Program Manager” Opportunity at our Masonicare Facility in Wallingford, CT.

  • Create personalized treatment plans and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team
  • Support daily activities, adaptive techniques, and cognitive rehab

  • Pay range of $48-$52 an hour
