Position: Outpatient Therapist (LCSW or LPC) - 100% Remote - Pennsylvania license required
Licensure: Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC license required
Compensation: Starting at $83,000/year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with 2 evenings per week until 8:00 PM EST Fully Remote - EST
What You'll DoAs part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services to patients ages 5+ with diagnoses including general mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, ODD, and behavioral issues.
- Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
More About the Role- Setting: 100% Remote Outpatient CMHC located in Pennsylvania
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hrs/wk in EST Clinician required to work 2 evenings per week until 8:00 PM EST
- Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations, 60 minutes for follow-up appointments
- Productivity expectation: 75%
- EMR: Carelogic
- Remote & Supported: This is a 100% remote role based at an outpatient community mental health center in Pennsylvania. You'll have full support from onsite telehealth staff, giving you more time to focus on what you do best-patient care!
- Collaborative Environment: We are seeking a flexible provider who excels in teamwork and communication, working closely with a dedicated and supportive care team to meet patient needs effectively
Qualifications:- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC license required
- Availability 40 hours per week during EST
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
- Telehealth experience preferred (experience using Carelogic a plus!)
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
