The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.

Hourly Rate:

Cap 1: $39.88 – $48.22                       

Cap 2: $40.90 – $50.63

We’re hiring Registered Nurses to provide direct patient care in our dialysis centers throughout Central Pennsylvania. As a dialysis nurse, you will support patients through essential treatments while ensuring safety, precision, and compassion. You will handle clinical procedures, monitor patient well-being, manage equipment, document care, and work closely with a dedicated healthcare team.


Make an Impact as a Dialysis Nurse

  • Patient Care: Monitor, assess, and support patients before, during, and after hemodialysis treatments.
  • Clinical Procedures: Perform vascular access, collect and analyze patient data, perform laboratory collection, administer medications, and dialysis treatment.
  • Equipment and Safety: Prepare and use dialysis machines, ensuring proper function and hygiene.
  • Documentation: Accurately record care plans and patient treatment data, and follow medical prescriptions and internal protocols.
  • Teamwork and Education: Collaborate with teams, act as a Team Leader, support initial and ongoing patient and family education, and help onboard and train staff members.


We're Looking for RNs Who Have

  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current state licensure
  • CPR BLS certification
  • At least 9 months of experience as an RN
  • Ability to meet the physical demands and working conditions of the role, including: moving patients; assisting with ambulation; heavy lifting up to 200 lbs.; lifting chemical and water solutions up to 30 lbs. as high as 5 feet; prolonged standing; bending and lifting; being exposed to infectious and/or contagious diseases/materials; desk/computer work; interacting with patients and medical teams. May require travel to training sites or other facilities.
