Overview:

St. Mary's Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team. As a vital part of our integrated mental health services, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care in an outpatient setting, working with a diverse patient population. Our program is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered mental health services, utilizing evidence-based treatments and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a diverse outpatient population.

Qualifications:

Required Credentials - Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of New York

Preferred Experience - Training or experience in outpatient psychiatry, addiction medicine, or subspecialties such as geriatric or child psychiatry is preferred but not required.

Education - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution

Skills - Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient-centered empathetic communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary Range - $225,333 - $345,548 (commensurate with experience).
