Full Job Description
Ready to join? We are looking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This position will be based at the Orland Park, IL clinic. Our PT's plan, implement and evaluate patient care programs designed to increase, maintain or restore function, minimize or prevent disability and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Evaluates patient and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan.
  • Establishes appropriate, functional and objective goals based upon clinical examination.
  • Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
  • Provides exceptional patient care and service.
  • The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in positive and respectful working relationships.
  • Cultivate relationships with patients and the community.
  • Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure a consistent level of care.
  • Maintain patient charts, clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality regarding medical records per company policies and procedures and assures compliance with all HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicates well in a professional setting.
  • Perform additional duties as required.


Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license (or willingness to apply)
  • CPR Certified

Pay Range: $ 80,000 - $100,000 annualized. Compensation at MOR is determined by many factors, which may include but are not limited to, job-related skills and level of experience, education, certifications, geographic location, market data and internal equity.
