Physical Therapists (PTs) in Florida to join our growing team. As a PT at Sequoia Care, you'll assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans that help residents regain movement, reduce pain, and restore independence. Key Responsibilities- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver skilled physical therapy services to residents in senior living setting
- Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on mobility, exercise, and prevention strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Florida licensure and documentation standards
Qualifications- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida (required)
- Senior living or similar experience preferred
- Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers
- CPR certification (as required by facility or state)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- A passion for resident-centered care and improving quality of life
