In this mid-level management position and under direct supervision of the Administrator, the Clinical Director provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary team(s) and/or program(s). Assists Administrator with quality improvement duties. Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. Rotations are scheduled in advance. While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols.
Shifts Available: Full-Time | AM | Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Days: Monday - Friday
Expected starting wage range is $92,209.95 - $113,911.86. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) - Masters or higher degree in Social Services
- Current licensure/registration in the state of program operation (except for out-of-state applicants with existing licensure in good standing) as LCSW, LMFT, LMFT, RN, Ph.D./Psy.D.; in WA as LICSW, LMHC
- One (1) year in leadership role in relevant setting (inpatient or outpatient setting, as appropriate)
and experience as required by program type:
- Two (2) years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting
- Must have experience working with mental health and substance use consumers, families and advisory boards
- Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment

If the position requires driving, valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. The Windsor Center is a short-stay crisis stabilization unit (CSU) that offers 24/7 services to adults and youth. The Windsor Center aims to increase access to crisis services, reduce inpatient hospitalization, reduce the amount of time that law enforcement is involved in a mental health crisis, and strengthen the existing outpatient behavioral health services.
