The Justice Involved Mental Health FSP serves adults with serious mental illness and histories of criminal justice involvement. This outpatient, ACT treatment model includes wrap-around services and supports with 80% of services provided in the community. Our JIMH FSP supports clients in meeting basic needs (e.g., food, clothing, shelter) and obtaining benefits. We also work to educate and support them as they navigate additional community resources that increase their self-sufficiency, minimizing the possibility that they may turn to criminal acts to get these needs met.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

In this mid-level management position and under direct supervision of the Administrator, the Clinical Director provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary team(s) and/or program(s). Assists Administrator with quality improvement duties. Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. Rotations are scheduled in advance. While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM $ 10,0000 sign on bonus

Expected starting wage range is $101,329.77 - $137,101.50 Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

  • Masters or higher degree in Social Services and current licensure/registration in the state of program operation (except for out-of-state applicants with existing licensure in good standing) as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC
  • One (1) year in leadership role in an outpatient setting
  • Two (2) years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting
  • Must have experience working with mental health and substance use consumers, families and advisory boards
  • Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.

  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.

  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
