Full Job Description
is seeking a motivated and collaborative family medicine nurse practitioner, acute care nurse practitioner, or physician associate to join our thriving cardiology team in Bangor, Maine. As the regional center for cardiovascular care, our program provides comprehensive cardiac services and is supported by a highly skilled team of 24 physicians, 24 advanced practice providers, and dedicated support staff.

Our cardiology service offers a full spectrum of specialty care, including interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, congestive heart failure management, and structural heart.

Position Highlights:

  • Accepts an FNP, AGACNP, or PA
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient cardiology care
  • Conduct patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and occasional telemedicine
  • Support continuity of care


Compensation Information:

  • $115,000-$142,000 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on quality incentives.
  • The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
