Wafer Outgoing Quality Assurance EngineerJob Description:
Your main responsibilities include:
- Establish new outgoing wafer inspection sites to ensure smooth operations and high-quality standards.
- Release, maintain, and set up recipes for OQA tools (AVI, OM, Sorter, packing tools, etc.), as well as monitor quality control processes.
- Perform wafer defect failure analysis, root cause analysis, and risk assessments to address and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and implement OQA quality improvement projects and enhance big data analytical capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to design solutions for yield improvement, defect reduction, and problem-solving in semiconductor processes.
- Support AI program development and Machine Learning techniques to improve efficiency and automation in quality inspections.
- Manage projects effectively with proactive communication and innovative problem-solving approaches.
- Work within advanced cleanroom/manufacturing environments while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
Technical Skills:- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI program development and Machine Learning techniques.
- Semiconductor integration, product, process, or quality engineering experience is a plus.
- Experience in yield improvement, defect reduction, and problem-solving is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills:- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive and innovative mindset with good judgment.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Resilient and positive demeanor, especially in fast-paced work settings.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to work inside cleanroom/advanced manufacturing environments.
Training:- On-the-job training will be provided to ensure alignment with company standards and processes.
