Hourly Pay Rate:
W2 $46
1099: $57
Occupational Therapist Requirements and Responsibilities:
Current NYS OT License and Registration
Valid BLS Certification
EMR Competence
Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for COTAs to follow under your supervision.
Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
