Qualifications

• Good understanding of OT environments in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with OPC UA / OPC DA, PLC Integration, SCADA Systems.
• Knowledge of ISA-95, ISA-88 and MESA standards.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including Production and Quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot OT connectivity issues between various systems.
• Experience in MES implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration activities between MES, PLCs, and SCADA.
• Support development of interfaces between MES and enterprise systems.
• Drive OT data enablement from shop-floor systems to MES.
• Configure and validate OPC UA connectivity.
• Collaborate with automation, IT, and OT teams to resolve issues.
• Support SIT, UAT, FAT, and Go-Live activities.
• Ensure successful deployment of MES solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
• Coordinate with factory SMEs, engineers, and vendors.
• Prepare technical documentation for MES projects.
