Overview

Chenega is seeking an OSW Liaison to support strategic weapons initiatives and maintain situational awareness of Office of Strategic Weapons (OSW) policies, programs, and activities. This role serves as a key advisor and liaison to INDOPACOM leadership, facilitating collaboration, information sharing, and executive-level communications to support mission objectives.

This position is contigent upon reward.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between OSW, INDOPACOM, and key stakeholders to facilitate communication, coordination, and mission alignment.
  • Monitor and maintain awareness of OSW policies, programs, initiatives, and activities, keeping leadership informed of relevant developments.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, reports, summaries, and other strategic communications for senior leaders.
  • Represent the organization at governance boards, working groups, and strategic deterrence-related forums.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with liaison officers, partner organizations, and government stakeholders.
  • Identify strategic capability gaps and advocate for solutions through appropriate planning and coordination channels.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Direct experience supporting a Combatant Command.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level written products and brief senior leaders.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement experience in a DoD environment.
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in DoD, Joint Staff, service HQ or similar role.
