MD or DO degree with board certification in relevant specialty
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a similar setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) required
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Valid medical license in the state of practice
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and manage treatment plans
Perform diagnostic assessments and evaluations
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and their families regarding health management
