Ability to Obtain Top Secret (TS)

What You Will Do:
  • Conduct enterprise-level analysis of operational systems, to include supply chains and logistics, to provide understanding of existing operational reality
  • Develop and provide comprehensive productivity-enhancing solutions for enterprise operations based on enterprise-level analysis. Solutions may modify existing operational systems or be holistic redesigns. Recommendations may include, but are not limited to, changes in:
    • Policy
    • Metrics
    • Operational Control Analysis (AI, ML, and similar integration)
    • Data Management
    • Process Steps & Procedures
    • Supporting IT systems
  • Provide and oversee change management plans
  • Develop operational strategies
  • Conduct doctoral-level operational research and publication
  • Collaboratively support Business Development (BD) artifacts including, but not limited to:
    • Proposals
    • Request For Information (RFI) responses
    • BD briefings
    • White papers
    • BD Strategies
    • Marketing materials
  • Support BD activities including, but not limited to:
    • Briefings
    • Conferences & forums
    • Doctoral-level papers


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
    Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance.
  • Master's Degree
  • This position required travel up to an estimated 30%. Some international travel may be required.

The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
