The Opportunity - Build the Future with Us

Enable executive decision-making and shape the future of Global IT and Digital as an Organizational Performance Analyst. In this role, you will craft compelling executive narratives, drive governance excellence, and integrate insights into impactful reporting that supports strategic direction across the organization.
Your Impact
  • Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations, business cases, and governance materials
  • Structure and storyboard content into clear, decision-oriented narratives
  • Manage end-to-end production cycles
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to gather and validate inputs
  • Schedule and facilitate review sessions and executive checkpoints
  • Ensure timelines and alignment across contributors
  • Develop templates and reporting standards
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality of outputs
  • Support the adoption of standardized formats and frameworks
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content drafting and synthesis
  • Critically review and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with context
  • Provide targeted analytical support for executive reporting and contribute to quarterly summaries as needed

Compensation

Compensation:
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $77,400 - $102,500
MB & ON: $70,600 - $97,200
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $69,900 - $92,900
