What You'll Do:
  • Lead organization design and operating model projects that support business transformation, growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring efforts, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Assess current-state organizational structures, spans and layers, role clarity, decision-making frameworks, workforce composition, and operating model effectiveness.
  • Develop future-state organization designs, governance models, reporting structures, and role definitions that align with business strategy and operational objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements, evaluate organizational challenges, and build alignment around recommendations.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify organizational effectiveness opportunities and support recommendations with fact-based insights.
  • Develop implementation plans, change impacts, and transition strategies to support successful adoption of new organizational models.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Talent Management, Finance, Corporate Real Estate, and business leaders to ensure organization solutions are scalable and sustainable.
  • Provide project management and engagement leadership for organization design initiatives, including work planning, milestone tracking, risk management, stakeholder communications, and deliverable development.
  • Create executive-level presentations and reports that communicate findings, recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Support job architecture, role design, accountability frameworks, and organizational governance initiatives as needed.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of organization design methodologies, operating model frameworks, and organizational effectiveness principles to solve complex business challenges.
  • Coach team members and project participants by sharing expertise and leading best practices in organization design and workforce transformation.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions and challenge conventional approaches.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
