A Snapshot of Your Day As an Organizational Change Management Professional supporting the S4E transformation within Gas Services North America, you will translate the enterprise OCM approach into effective cluster-level execution. Your day will focus on identifying impacted stakeholders, assessing change readiness, and engaging key opinion leaders as program ambassadors to build support and adoption. You will evaluate process, role, and technology impacts to understand organizational implications and inform change planning. In partnership with local Change Agents and the enterprise OCM team, you will develop and execute localized communication and training plans that prepare employees for rollout activities. You will also collaborate with fellow cluster OCM professionals to align on best practices and ensure consistency across business units and geographies. Throughout the program, you will lead status updates and provide leadership with clear reporting on progress, risks, resistance points, and mitigation actions to drive successful transformation outcomes.
How You'll Make an Impact

Manage change impacts, adoption, and business readiness. Identify organizational, process, role, and technology impacts, develop mitigation plans, address resistance, and monitor readiness and adoption to support successful deployment.
Lead communications, change enablement, and the Change Agent network. Develop and execute localized communication strategies, facilitate leadership and employee engagement activities, and establish a high-performing Change Agent and Key User network to support adoption.
Lead training strategy, planning, and deployment across North America. Develop and execute training plans, Training Needs Analyses (TNA), role-based learning paths, curricula, and deployment schedules while ensuring training content aligns with global standards and local business requirements.
Lead Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and End User Training (EUT) execution. Prepare and enable trainers, validate training readiness, oversee EUT delivery, and monitor training effectiveness, completion, and business readiness outcomes.
Provide governance, reporting, and continuous improvement leadership. Monitor and report OCM, training, and adoption KPIs; provide leadership visibility into progress, risks, and mitigation actions; support post-go-live adoption and hypercare activities; and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
