Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant
Consultant II
The OCM Consultant is responsible for driving adoption, readiness, and sustained usage of new business processes and technology solutions (e.g., CRM, ERP, digital platforms). The role focuses on people side change, ensuring stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and supported throughout the transformation lifecycle.
The opportunity:
• Change Strategy & Planning
• Define and execute the OCM strategy, scope, and roadmap aligned with program objectives
• Conduct organizational readiness and change impact assessments
• Identify impacted stakeholders, roles, and change risks
• Establish OCM governance, sponsorship, and change champion models
• Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
• Perform stakeholder analysis and engagement planning
• Partner with leadership to build active sponsorship and alignment
• Support leaders and managers with change enablement toolkits
• Identify and manage resistance and change fatigue
• Communications & Engagement
• Develop and execute communication strategies and plans
• Create targeted communication content (leadership messages, newsletters, FAQs, campaigns)
• Plan and support townhalls, roadshows, demos, and awareness events
• Track feedback and engagement effectiveness
• Training & Enablement
• Define training needs based on role and impact analysis
• Design and coordinate end user training programs (Train the Trainer, role based training)
• Support development of training materials, job aids, and user guides
• Align training and demos with release / sprint schedules
• Change Adoption & Reinforcement
• Support go live readiness, hyper care, and post go live adoption
• Coordinate with change champions during deployment
• Measure adoption, usage, and effectiveness using OCM dashboards
• Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
• 6-10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably within enterprise IT / digital transformation programs
• Strong experience in OCM methodologies (Prosci / ADKAR or equivalent)
• Stakeholder management across business, IT, and leadership teams
• Communication planning and content creation
• Training strategy and enablement planning
• Experience supporting large transformation programs (CRM, ERP, digital)
• Ability to work in onshore-offshore delivery models
• Good to have:
• Experience in CRM / ERP implementations (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
• Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery environments
• Experience in BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Enterprise clients
• Prosci or equivalent OCM certification
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote-US
Compensation Range: $102,000-$153,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
