How you'll make an impact

. Build or help build change management deliverables and activities to a business ready standard
. Work with colleagues to build the Transformational Change capability
. Contribute to one or more change workstreams for IT Program and Project Managers
. Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of client's business

What you'll bring

. 3+ years Change Management experience
. Knowledge of delivering technology led change and technology adoption
. Knowledge of Agile IT project delivery
. Understanding of the consequences of IT management and IT delivery
. Knowledge and skill in change management methods and their application, with emphasis on driving measurable business results across Change Strategy and Planning, Change Measurement, Risk and Quality Management, Business Acumen, and more.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,800.00 $245,500.00.
