Work closely with multiple SMEs to deliver consistent, high-quality evaluations across all assigned platforms.
• Drive improvements in organic repair capability by analyzing equipment discrepancies, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions that go beyond surface-level deficiencies. Champion new approaches to training, configuration validation, and readiness reporting to help ships resolve equipment challenges more effectively.
• Utilize deep expertise in Navy depot-level processes, shipboard maintenance systems, configuration management, and root-cause analysis tools to identify training gaps, validate equipment records, and support the development of corrective maintenance strategies. Apply supervisory experience to mentor team members and maintain assessment standards.
