Order Processing Project Manager to be responsible for proactively managing rejected orders to ensure they are corrected, supported, and moved back into Pipeline as quickly as possible. The
Order Processing Project Manager serves as a central point of coordination between Sales, Deal Management (DM), TOV, Solution Engineers (SEs) and the customer to drive the resolution of order errors and pipeline delays.
In addition to hands-on order remediation, the
Order Processing Project Manager leads initiatives to streamline processes, improve turnaround times, and minimize order fallout, directly impacting revenue acceleration and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Exclusively manage each order (Project) from Order Submission to Pipeline stage.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managing and resolving rejected or stalled orders across assigned sales teams.
- Investigate rejected orders, identify root causes, and drive the necessary corrective actions in coordination with Sales, DM, TOV, and SE teams.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to obtain missing information, correct order entry errors, or escalate technical/operational blockers.
- Lead order recovery initiatives to minimize order cycle times and expedite movement into the active delivery pipeline.
- Facilitate and track real-time order corrections and ensure complete resolution against defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide regular reporting and updates on rejected order volume, resolution rates, and key trends.
- Identify systemic process gaps contributing to order errors and partner with internal teams to implement improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for rejected order processes, developing and maintaining supporting documentation, guides, and training material.
- Foster a culture of transparency, responsiveness, and operational excellence across order management processes.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or University, plus a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, demonstrate strong ownership of outcomes, and excel in cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
- Strong background in order management, project coordination, or sales operations.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage escalations, problem-solve cross-functionally, and drive action to resolution.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to navigate difficult conversations and align stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Process improvement mindset with a desire to identify, recommend, and implement workflow efficiencies.
Estimated base salary range: $68,100 - $104,700 USD/annually

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
