What will you do? The Order Management Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing order fulfillment activities and supporting end-to-end supply chain performance within MF-O. This position requires strong expertise in supply chain processes, material availability management, and cross functional coordination. The Analyst is responsible for ensuring Customer Request Date (CRD) adherence, driving excellence in order management practices, and supporting strategic business objectives through process optimization, digitalization, and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the role leads continuous improvement initiatives and enhances visibility across operational and performance metrics within the MF-O SCM organization.
- Manage and optimize order fulfillment processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.
- Manage and optimize the value stream-oriented inventory strategy for Finished goods, sub-assemblies and inter-factory supply
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and alignment of operational priorities.
- Ensure CRD adherence while maintaining high accuracy and timely execution of customer orders.
- Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, waste elimination, and workflow optimization.
- Drive automation and digitalization projects that are aimed at improving system integration and reducing manual process steps.
- Support strategic objectives through innovative supply chain solutions and implementation of best practices. (IBP, Production Planning, etc.)
- Analyze and streamline internal processes to reduce PMD lead times across the MF-O portfolio.
- Champion operational excellence across the Order Management function.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
What will you need to succeed? - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or related disciplines.
- PMP certification (or working toward completion) considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of the MI & DCP product portfolio with expertise in supply chain and material planning.
- Proficiency with SAP systems, including experience supporting system enhancements or architecture transitions.
- Skilled in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Experience in KPI development, performance tracking, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across local and global teams.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience motivating teams and resolving challenges.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

[Salary is commensurate with experience, and ranges between $ 75,000.00 CAD - $ 100,000.00 CAD, excluding bonus and benefits. In addition to base salary, this role includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary, based on Company performance metrics.]
