Job Description:

Orbitalum North America is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Pacific Northwest. If you have experience in outside sales, a passion for technical solutions, and a desire to grow your career in industrial sales, we encourage you to apply.

Orbitalum's orbital welding power supplies enable precise, repeatable GTAW/TIG welds with full data recording for quality control and process optimization. Designed for high-purity applications, these systems feature an intuitive interface, automated weld program management, and advanced gas control to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance weld integrity. Our SmartWelder and MobileWelder Plus software streamline operations with auto-detection, real-time adjustments, and seamless data logging, ensuring consistent, high-quality welds with minimal heat-affected zones.

In this role, the territory will cover the Northwest United States - Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and manage complex, high-value sales cycles. You will excel at value-based selling, staying ahead of industry trends to proactively address customer needs and outperform the competition.

Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years in a successful outside sales role, preferably in industrial or technical sales.

  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs for product demonstrations.
  • Travel: Must be willing and able to travel extensively, often exceeding 75% of the month.

Compensation Information:

Salary Range: Territory Sales Manager compensation package offers a competitive annual salary with an estimated range of $80,000 to $113,000 dependent on the geographic location, the successful candidate's qualification, and prior experience. We are committed to maintaining equitable and competitive salaries across different regions through regular reviews and adjustments.

Sales Compensation & Bonus Plan: Employees in this role are eligible to participate in the Territory Sales Manager compensation plan, which includes performance-based quarterly bonuses, allowing employees to increase their earnings through exceptional performance. Annual salary increases are also provided, reflecting both individual contributions and overall company success.
