What will your typical day look like?As an Oracle Fusion Projects Functional Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Oracle Cloud implementations within a managed services (Operate) model.
You will:
- Support & Operate: Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Projects modules (Project Costing, Billing, Contracts) across multiple clients and environments
- Configure & Enhance: Design and implement configurations, enhancements, and continuous improvements aligned with business requirements
- Incident & Change Management: Manage service requests, incidents, and defects using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and DevOps frameworks
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor by working directly with business stakeholders in a client-facing capacity
- Multi-Project Delivery: Effectively manage priorities across multiple clients and concurrent initiatives
- Release Testing & Quality Assurance: Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT/Quarterly Release Testing) and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and technical teams (integration/reporting)
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and system usage

As part of our Oracle practice, you will work with leading public sector and enterprise clients across Canada, supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications in a dynamic, multi-client environment.
Enough about us, let's talk about youYou are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:- 3-5 years of relevant Oracle experience
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Projects modules
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
- Collaborative mindset and team-first attitude
- Adaptability in a fast-paced Operate / AMS environment
- Strong expertise in:
- Oracle Fusion Project Costing
- Oracle Fusion Project Billing
- Oracle Fusion Contracts
- Solid understanding of accounting principles related to project accounting
- Exposure/understanding of: Project Foundation (project/org structures), Project Execution/Control, Capital Projects (if relevant), Grants (if public sector), Time & Labor integration touchpoints, and AR/AP/GL integration touchpoints for costing/billing/accounting.
- Experience working in client-facing roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with:
- ServiceNow / DevOps tools
- Incident, problem, release and change management processes (ITIL-aligned preferred)
- Ability to support:
- Functional design documentation
- Configuration and testing activities
It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves aswell:- Knowledge of Oracle Fixed Assets
- Exposure to:
- Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud modules
- Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management modules
- Integrations (OIC), reporting (BIP/OTBI)
- Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments
- Oracle Cloud certifications
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
