Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Management Lead with 11 to 15 years of project coordination and project management experience. The ideal candidate will lead and support project governance activities, stakeholder engagement, financial tracking, audit coordination, and cross-functional project execution. This role requires strong communication skills, finance project experience, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the IT Manager in managing day-to-day project and operational activities.
• Support change management processes and track project-related tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders for status meetings, reporting, follow-ups, and project communications.
• Maintain project documentation, including records related to SOX audits, project governance, and operational processes.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, operations, risk, compliance, and vendor teams.
• Support the completion of SOX audit tasks and follow up with stakeholders to resolve open audit items.
• Drive stakeholder engagement by building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Oversee scope and change management processes while minimizing project impacts and risks.
• Implement and support project governance standards, audit requirements, and organizational policies.
• Coordinate project financial management activities, including budget tracking and expenditure monitoring.
• Provide guidance to project teams and promote project management best practices.
• Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and updates to key stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project delivery and governance processes.

Required Qualifications
• 11-15 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience managing finance-related projects and understanding financial processes.
• Experience working in project management or project coordinator roles.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, schedule management, scope management, and change management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations.
• Experience supporting audit activities, compliance initiatives, and governance processes.
