We are seeking an Oracle Project Cloud Functional Analyst with solid hands-on experience supporting and optimizing Oracle Cloud Project modules. This role is fully dedicated to our Application Management Support (AMS) team, where you will play a key part in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous enhancement of our Oracle Project Cloud applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders to resolve issues, refine configurations, improve processes, and support end users across project-related functions. This is a steady, support-focused role designed for someone who excels in troubleshooting, user engagement, and ongoing application maintenance.
Here is how you will be involved- Provide day-to-day functional support and configuration for Oracle Project Cloud modules such as Project Financials, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Execution Management, or Resource Management.
- Work with business users to understand issues, clarify requirements, and document functional specifications.
- Troubleshoot production problems, perform root-cause analyses, and recommend practical solutions.
- Support minor enhancements, new features, reports, and dashboards within the AMS scope.
- Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud update cycles, including testing, validation, and impact analysis.
- Assist in functional design discussions for integrations and validate related data flows.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation, including configurations, process flows, and SOPs.
- Provide training, user support, and guidance to ensure effective system use.
- Recommend continuous improvements and best practices to optimize business processes leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities.
Your experience• 4 or more years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Project Cloud (Oracle Fusion).
• Strong understanding of project accounting, project costing, project billing, and related processes.
• Experience in an AMS environment supporting Oracle Cloud applications.
• Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and collaborate with technical teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple support tasks with independence and attention to detail.
